Phoenix Trophy and Sun Theatre Trophy complete Port Phillip Passage Series 2017

With the Autumn weather upon us and the summer sailing season coming to an end, come and join in the final races of the Port Phillip Passage and Port Phillip Women’s Passage Series with a leisurely trip to Queenscliff this weekend 6-7 May 2017.

Royal Yacht Club of Victoria are hosts with their annual Phoenix Trophy race from Williamstown to West Channel Pile with first class hospitality at the overnight destination at Queenscliff Cruising Yacht Club. Pursuit start with first boat off at 0900hrs, with rewards for the quickest with the Perpetual Trophy and recognition for the slowest with a Wooden Spoon award.

Sunday sees female helms step up to compete in the Sun Theatre Passage Trophy Race for the 35nm return race from Queenscliff to Williamstown, with warning 0955hrs. Sign on to be in the run for movie passes for podium winners, which include female helms, boat owners and crews.
